Dear Sam,

Just wanted to once again let you know how much Mona and I appreciate your help and service.  It helps us to know that our brother was in the care of a man such as you.  Your professionalism and sincere empathy comforted us.  As I told you at the graveside service, no funeral director has ever spent as much time with us as you did.  It was and still is greatly appreciated. 

I will always remember what you said when I asked if the visitation would end at 9:00 PM.  You were willing to stay longer if that was what we wanted.  That, sir, is caring.  That, sir, is class.

My hope is that as word of your service and reputation spread throughout your area, your business will become increasingly more successful.
