Dale Lee Leazer

Dale Lee Leazer of Parks, Arkansas passed from this life, Sunday, May 1, 2016 in Parks, Arkansas. Dale was born February 17, 1957 to Joe Harold Leazer and Gladys Clara (Rouse) Leazer in Modesto, California. Dale was 59 years, 2 months and 14 days old.

Dale enjoyed sports, hunting and fishing. He also took pleasure in working around his hobby farm. He was quite a jokester and just loved to have fun and laugh. His greatest pleasure was spending time with his grandchildren, family and friends.

Dale leaves behind to cherish his memory, his loving wife, Barbara of the home, as well as three sons: Richard Leazer of Ceres, California, Jeremy Leazer and wife Michele of Chesapeake, Virginia and Clinton Leazer and wife Eva of Carson City, Nevada. Papa will forever remain in the hearts of his 7 grandchildren. Dale is also survived by his siblings: Joe Rice and Harold Leazer of Washington, Joyce Peterson of Nevada, Jessie Gentry, Judy Woodard, Bobby Leazer, Helen Sublaban, Homer Leazer and Denise Barragan all of California. Dale will be missed by all that knew him and the many whose lives were impacted by him including a host of nieces, nephews, friends and loved ones.

Dale was preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Gladys Leazer, and brother Jimmy Leazer.

Dale's life celebration will be at 10:00 a.m. Friday, May 6, 2016 at the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home chapel in Waldron, Arkansas with interment to follow at 2:00 p.m. at the U.S. National Cemetery in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Arrangements are being entrusted to the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home in Waldron, Arkansas.

Dale's visitation will be Thursday, May 5, 2016 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home where Dale's family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.
