Joe C. Holleman of Waldron, Arkansas passed from this life, Tuesday, July 5, 2016 in Waldron, Arkansas surrounded by his loving family. Joe was born January 18, 1938 to Johnny and Flossie Holleman in Parks, Arkansas. Joe was 78 years, 5 months and 17 days old. He was a member
of Waldron Pentecostal Church of God.

Joe was a United States Navy veteran. He loved to hunt and fish. In 1989 he set the record in the State of Arkansas for his Chanel Catfish he caught. He enjoyed his family and friends.

Joe leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife, Anita of the home, one daughter, Annette Cossey of Milltown, Arkansas, one son, Ronnie Holleman of Waldron, Arkansas, and one brother Joyce Holleman of Hackett, Arkansas. Pawpaw Joe will forever remain in the hearts of his three granddaughters: Stephanie Herring of Scranton, Arkansas, Whiney Holleman of Fayetteville, Arkansas and Keleigh Holleman of Ft. Smith, Arkansas and six great grandchildren. Joe will be missed by all that knew him and the many whose lives he impacted including a host of friends and neighbors.

Joe was preceded in death by his parents, Johnny and Flossie Holleman.

Joe's life celebration will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, July 9, 2016 at the Waldron Pentecostal Church of God in Waldron, Arkansas with Rev. Rickey Hunt and Rev. Tim Russell officiating. Arrangements and cremation are being entrusted to the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home & Crematory in Waldron, Arkansas.

Joe's pallbearers will be Levi Herring, Dylan Herring, Jerry Cossey, Keith Deer, Josh Smith and Travis Deer.

Joe's visitation will be Friday, July 8, 2016 from 12:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home where Joe's family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
