Phouthong Phanaphay of Waldron, Arkansas passed from this life, Monday, August 4, 2014 in Fort Smith, Arkansas surrounded by his loving family. Phouthong was born June 2, 1955 in Napheng Vientiane, Laos to Nong Phanaphay and Lay Phanaphay. Phouthong was 59 years, 2 months and 2 days old.

Phouthong leaves behind to cherish his memory, his loving wife Chanmaly of the home, three children: Phil Phanaphay, Steve Phanaphay and Amanda Phanaphay. Phouthong will be forever missed by his three grandchildren: Alyssa, Jessica and Vanessa as well as two brothers and three sisters. Phouthong will be in the hearts of many extended family, friends and loved ones.

Phouthong is preceded in death by his parents.

Phouthong's life celebration will be at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, August 9, 2014 at the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Waldron, Arkansas. Cremation will follow. Arrangements and cremation are being entrusted to the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home & Crematory in Waldron, Arkansas.

Phouthong's visitation will be Friday, August 8, 2014 from 1:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home in Waldron, Arkansas.
