Phyllis Renee Jefferson

Phyllis Renee Jefferson of Fort Smith, Arkansas (formerly of Waldron, Arkansas) passed from this life on Monday, November 16, 2015 in Fort Smith, Arkansas surrounded by her loving family. Phyllis was born March 28, 1957 to Lynell Zimmer and Ann Frost Weaver in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Phyllis was 58 years, 7 months and 19 days old.

Phyllis leaves behind to cherish her memory, two daughters: Amber Zimmer of Roland, Oklahoma and Sarah Jefferson of Arkoma, Oklahoma. Grandma will forever remain in the heart of her grandson, Mason Jones. Phyllis is also survived by one sister, Tammy Wooldridge from Arlington Texas as well as her aunt Marie (Mutt) Carnahan and uncles Amos (Poss) Zimmer and Robert (Cotton) Zimmer. Phyllis will be missed by all that knew her and the many whose lives were impacted by her including a host of cousins, friends and loved ones.

Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents.

Phyllis' life celebration will be at 2:00 p.m. Friday, November 20, 2015 at the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home chapel in Waldron, Arkansas with Rev. Donnie Wagner officiating. Arrangements and cremation are being entrusted to the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home & Crematory in Waldron, Arkansas.
