Blake McCullah

Baby Blake Wendell McCullah, infant son of Daniel McCullah and Jennifer (Duvall) McCullah passed from this life Monday, December, 20 at a Hot Springs hospital. Baby Blake is survived by his parents Daniel and Jennifer of Hot Springs, AR grandparents Brenda and Sonny Duvall of Oppello, AR and Miki McCullah of Parks, AR; two great grandmothers Wilma Duvall of Morrilton, AR and Ruth Rudder of Russeville,AR; one great great grandmother Ethel Harris of Russeville, AR. Blake is also survived by his uncles, Brain McCullah and wife Mellisa, Tim Duvall and wife Brenda, Chris Duvall and wife Annie and Jeff Duvall; one aunt Wendi Johnson and husband Joe. He is also survived by a host of cousins and others that loved him. Blake is preceded in death by his grandparents Wendell McCullah, Ray Duvall, and Cleo Rudder. Blake's graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday December 22, 2010 at the Shady Grove Cemetery north of Atkins, AR with Rev. Hank Duvall officiating. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Heritage Memorial Funeral Home and Crematory in Waldron, AR.
