Chloe Nellie Rhyne, 93, of Waldron, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, May 12th, 2009 in a Waldron, Arkansas nursing home.
Chloe was born in Cauthron, Arkansas on September 16, 1915, the daughter of the late Lee Ross and Mattie (Page) Kirk.
She was a member of the Waldron First Church of the Nazarene, and retired from Tyson Foods.
Chloe is survived by a daughter, Paulette Rhyne Goble and husband Charlie of Tulsa, Oklahoma; three sons Danny Rhyne and wife Linda of Waldron, Arkansas, Kirk Rhyne and wife Terry of Fresno, Ohio, Mitch Rhyne and wife Donna of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and one daughter-in-law (widow of James Lee Rhyne) Dora Rhyne of Waldron, Arkansas. Chloe is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband Ed Rhyne, one son, James Lee Rhyne and one great granddaughter.
Chloe's funeral service will be at the Waldron First Church of the Nazarene at 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, May 14th, with Rev. Marvin Frederick officiating with interment in the Birdsview Cemetery under the direction of the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home in Waldron, Arkansas.
Visitation will be 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 13, 2009 and 8:00 a.m. to 12 noon Thursday, May 14, 2009 at the funeral home.
Chloe's family will receive friends and family at the funeral home Wednesday, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m..
Pallbearers will be Steve Rhyne, Rhyne Goble, Kenny Johnston, Ronnie Rhyne, Pete Powell and Bennie Newberry.
