Darrell Wayne Holt of Waldron, Arkansas passed from this life, Monday, August 18, 2014 in Waldron, Arkansas. Darrell was born October 16, 1956 to Joseph Adam Holt and Lillie Naomi (Edwards) Holt in Cauthron, Arkansas. Darrell was 57 years, 10 months and 2 days old.
Darrell spent four years in the Army National Guard as a Paramedic. As a young man, Darrell enjoyed listening to music and playing the guitar. He especially liked Elvis. When he grew older, he still wanted to hear Elvis.
Darrell leaves behind to cherish his memory, his mother Lillie Simpson of Afton, Oklahoma, four brothers: Ronnie Holt and wife Juana of Danville, Arkansas, Gerald Holt and wife Kathy of Danville, Arkansas, Norman Holt and wife Juanita of Waldron, Arkansas, and Joey Holt and wife Benita of Waldron, Arkansas and one sister, Diana Palone and husband Kenny of South Coffeyville, Oklahoma. Darrell will be missed by all that knew him, and the many whose lives were impacted by him including, many nieces, nephews, friends and loved ones.
Darrell is preceded in death by his father, Joe Holt and his grandparents.
Arrangements and cremation are being entrusted to the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home & Crematory in Waldron, Arkansas.
