Gilibaldo Ozuna

Gil Ozuna, formerly of Waldron, Arkansas went to be with his Lord and Savior on Monday, October 31, 2016 in Fort Smith, Arkansas surrounded by is loving family. Gil was born on February 10, 1970 in Los Ramones, Nuevo Leon Mexico to his loving parents Guillermo and Sara Ozuna.

Gil was a dayshift supervisor at Tyson Foods Inc. of Van Buren, Arkansas. He was very friendly and was loved by all his team members. There was never a dull moment when Gil was around. His ability to lighten any moment came naturally. He was a very loving and caring man who thought so much of his friends and family.

Gil is survived by his mother, Sara Ozuna, his wife Griselda Ozuna, three wonderful children: son, Osbaldo Ozuna and wife Cora, daughters, Vanessa Ozuna and Jessica Ozuna and one grandson, Bryant Owen Ozuna. Gil is also survived by six sibliings: Juan Ozuna, Rita Cantu, Guillermo Ozuna II, Odilia Banderas, Saraelia Pompa, and Silvia Diaz. Gil will be missed by all that knew him and the many whose lives were impacted by him including a host of nieces, nephews, friends and loved ones.

Gil is preceded in death by his father, Guillermo Ozuna and one brother Guadalupe Ozuna.

Gil's life celebration will be at 10:00 a.m., Friday, November 4, 2016 at the Centro Cristiano Hispano, 433 Featherston St, Waldron, AR with Jose Banderas officiating. Interment will follow in the Bush Cemetery near Waldron, Arkansas. Arrangements are being entrusted to the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home in Waldron, Arkansas.

Gil's pallbearers will be Guillermo Ozuna III, Guadalupe Ozuna, Eduardo Cantu, Jose Banders Jr., Joel Diaz, and Santiago Pompa. Honorary pallbearers will be Juan Ozuna Jr., Leonardo Cantu and Alfredo Ozuna.

Gil's visitation will be Thursday, November 3, 2016 from 11:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home where Gil's family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m.
