Leroy Alford McFarland, 84 of Fort Smith, Arkansas formerly of Waldron passed from this life Friday, January 8, 2010 in a Fort Smith nursing home.
Leroy was born May 7, 1925 in Arkansas City, Kansas to the late Desso A. McFarland and Angeline (Moore) McFarland. He was a U. S. Coast Guard veteran.
He is survived by one cousin Gene Shell and wife Frances of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Leroy was cremated and interment was in the Duncan Cemetery. Arrangements are being entrusted to Heritage Memorial Funeral Home & Crematory.
