Phoenix is survived by her loving parents, William Kirk Cox and Kandice Nicole Martin Cox of Aledo, Texas, maternal grandmother, Donna Baggs Martin of Aledo, Texas, maternal grandfather, Charles M. Martin of Waldron, Arkansas and paternal grandfather Bill Cox of Grand Prairie, Texas, as well as a host of extended family, friends and loved ones.
Phoenix is preceded in death by her paternal grandmother Cyndi Seaman of Fort Worth, Texas.
Interment was held at Hawkins Cemetery in Parks, Arkansas. Arrangements were entrusted to the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home in Waldron, Arkansas.
