Verda Jean (Lethbridge) Young

Verda Jean Young of Nella, Arkansas passed from this life, Wednesday, December 15, 2021 in Hot Springs, Arkansas with the love of her life by her side. Verda was born February 8, 1950 in Flint, Michigan to Donald Lethbridge and Valarie (Metro) Lethbridge. She was 71 years old.

Verda was married to her husband, Robert for 47 years. Together they lived, worked hard, loved life and raised their family. Verda was a warm and kind person whose life ambition was to take care of her family and do all she could for each of them. She enjoyed shopping and gifting for her grandchildren. She made sure everyone was taken care of. She especially looked forward to visits and making memories with them.

Verda leaves behind to cherish her memory, her loving husband of 47 years, Robert Young of the home, four children: Jeff Bidwell, Kristi Bidwell, Rebecca Bidwell and Robert Young II. Grammy will forever remain in the hearts of a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren. Verda will be missed by all that knew her and the many whose lives she impacted including a host of extended family, friends and neighbors she loved dearly.

Verda was preceded in death by her parents Donald and Valarie Lethbridge.

A private family celebration of life will be held at a later date. Arrangements and cremation are being entrusted to the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home & Crematory in Waldron, Arkansas.
